Special cleaner / special thinner

GLEIT-μRZ 45x is a special thinner and special cleaner that evaporates very quickly and is specially designed for the GLEIT-μ HF 450, HF 451 and HF 457 was coordinated. Due to the inert behavior of these products, it is not possible to use classic cleaners or classic thinners. However, to enable complete cleaning of components that have come into contact with one of these products, GLEIT-μ was specially designed for this RZ 45x developed. GLEIT-μ RZ 45x can be read within the GLEIT-μ HF 45x product family. Due to this chemical dissolving behavior, GLEIT-μ RZ 45x has excellent cleaning and thinning properties.

To GLEIT-μ RZ 45x can be used economically for cleaning processes, we recommend mechanical pick-up of the material to be removed at the beginning of the cleaning process for heavily soiled components. GLEIT-μ RZ 45x should only be used for direct surface cleaning.

Areas of application

GLEIT-μ RZ 45x is designed for cleaning components that have been treated or have been in contact with products from the GLEIT-μ HF 45x series.

GLEIT-μ HF 45x products can also be reduced in their viscosity using GLEIT-μ RZ 45x. Under certain circumstances, this may be required for the application. After a waiting period, the original viscosity will be restored.

• Dilution of GLEIT-μ HF 450, HF 451, HF 457 (for easier application)
